System LO-NC

The LO-NC from PILOUS is an automated NC gauging device designed for accurate measuring and positioning of profile materials and lighter solid materials with smaller diameters. It combines servo-driven accuracy, touchscreen control and a robust roller conveyor base for efficient support of semi-automatic bandsaw operations.

The LO-NC is built around a massive L 400 or L 520 roller conveyor with an integrated industrial linear axle. Its servo motor provides fast movement and a measuring accuracy of 0.1 mm, while the backstop trolley moves along a linear guide system for stable and repeatable positioning.

The system allows frequently used lengths to be stored in memory and includes an intelligent backstop function that can move aside before cutting. If the material hits the backstop excessively, the NC-controlled system enables the backstop to move aside and then return to its set position.

The LO-NC is designed as an ideal companion for Pilous ARG 300–ARG 500 semi-automatic bandsaw machines and can be mounted on L 400 and L 520 roller conveyors.

The package includes backstop system with Automated NC Gauging, feeding system of appropriate length, control panel, conveyor.

The LO-NC uses a BMH1001 servomotor with 1.26 kW motor power and 4000 rpm speed, delivering fast, accurate and repeatable material positioning.

Intelligent backstop operation

The backstop can move aside before cutting and return to the set position automatically. This improves workflow safety and reduces the risk of collision or overload during cutting operations.

Touchscreen control
