Modular bed

Modular lathe bed realizes customized length as required, and the lathe bed and workbench are designed separately. Large-section rectangular pipes are welded and finished after annealing, which is stable, reliable and convenient for transportation.

The SL Series Ground Rail Large Format Laser Cutting Machine is engineered for heavy-duty, large-scale metal processing where stability, precision, and safety are non-negotiable. Designed around a modular ground-rail structure, the SL Series supports extra-large working formats while maintaining consistent cutting accuracy across extended lengths.

Its modular lathe bed construction allows customized machine lengths according to production needs. The bed and workbench are designed separately and manufactured from large-section rectangular steel pipes, welded and stress-relieved through annealing to ensure long-term structural stability, vibration resistance, and reliable transportation.

Advanced zone ventilation with right-side air blowing and left-side suction ensures efficient smoke extraction, reduced carbon emissions, and a cleaner working environment even during high-power cutting. Operator safety is reinforced through full-coverage safety light curtains mounted on both sides of the crossbeam, delivering all-around protection during operation.

For complex fabrication requirements, the SL Series optionally supports 0–45° bevel cutting, enabling multi-angle, multi-shape bevels in a single cutting process. Intelligent systems such as follower collision sensing, air pressure DA correction, automatic nozzle replacement, and vibration suppression further enhance cutting reliability, machine protection, and long-term productivity.
