G System

The G System by Pilous represents a range of extremely heavy-duty roller conveyors designed for demanding metalworking applications. Built with a robust welded steel construction, these conveyors feature thick-walled, lathe-manufactured steel rollers that are 1000 mm wide, supported by strong shafts housed in adjustable steel sleeves with high-quality bearings. Available in both manual (G) and motor-driven (GP) versions, the system includes extension modules (GS and GPS) in 2 or 3 meter lengths, allowing flexible configuration for optimal workshop setups. With adjustable leg heights from 795 mm to 820 mm and optional accessories like the GV console with fixed and sliding vertical idle rollers, the G System provides reliable, precise material handling for heavy steel sections and bundles, particularly suited for feeding into band saws and cutting machines.

Extremely heavy roller conveyors

GP – Conveyor type G with motor-driven rollers

  • It enables an easy and accurate feeding especially of heavy materials.
  • Smooth speed adjustment by a frequency converter allows for a smooth start and accurate landing of the material fed.
  • Portable control unit allows for optimum position of the operator during precise feeding into the desired length.
  • Roller shafts are stored in adjustable steel sleeves with bearings.
  • Individual modules are 2 and 3 m long and allow for selection of an optimum length.
  • Robust welded construction, adjustable leg height ranging from 795 to 820 mm.
