The PILOUS LX-NC is an automated NC material pusher for accurate feeding of profile materials and lighter solid materials. The LX-NC from PILOUS is an automated NC material pusher designed for precise feeding of profile materials and lighter solid materials with smaller diameters into a bandsaw. It is built for semi-automatic cutting workflows where accuracy, repeatability and reduced manual handling are essential.
The LX-NC is based on a massive L 400 or L 520 roller conveyor with an integrated industrial linear axle. Its servo-driven system provides fast movement and a feeding accuracy of 0.1 mm, while the feeding trolley moves along a linear guide system for stable and repeatable operation. The system supports materials up to 500 kg, including examples such as solid material with 110 mm diameter and 6 m length, or HEB 400 profile with 6 m length.
Operation is handled through a large 7″ HI-RES colour touchscreen on a self-standing control panel. The system can store frequently used lengths in memory and automatically regulates feeding speed according to material weight, helping protect the feeding device from overload.
The LX-NC can be mounted on L 400 and L 520 roller conveyors and is designed as an ideal companion for PILOUS ARG 300–ARG 500 semi-automatic bandsaw machines.
The package includes the feeding system with Automated NC Gauging, feeding system of appropriate length, control panel, conveyor.

Servo-controlled feeding
The LX-NC uses a BMH1001 servomotor with 1.26 kW motor power and 4000 rpm speed, delivering accurate, repeatable movement during material feeding.
High positioning accuracy
With a feeding accuracy of 0.1 mm, the system supports consistent cut lengths and improves repeatability in semi-automatic cutting operations.
Intelligent overload protection
The LX-NC regulates feeding speed according to material weight. This helps prevent overloading and protects the feeding device during operation.

The large 7″ touchscreen provides straightforward control, quick length setting and efficient day-to-day operation.
Flexible conveyor configuration
